so basically there are three type of billionaire

1.paper wealth billionaire

paper billionaire are those billionaire whos wealth is associated with they assets. means they wealth are not are in they hand or bank account. they most of the wealth are in stock and in company. means they have no access to they billons of money. most of them earn or access money by selling they some of small amount stocks or by live in company assets. eg; elon musk have most of his wealth in company like telsa and spacex

2.liquid wealth billionaire

liquid wealth means that A liquid asset is a reference to cash on hand or an asset that can be readily converted to cash. most of them are are related to more than one type of company or projects. liquid wealth billionaire are mosty businessmen. they relate them more than one type of project or company. example; Mukesh Dhirubhai Ambani . he is a indian billionaire businessman, and the chairman, managing director, and largest shareholder of Reliance Industries Ltd. he have related himself from more than one company. he one more physical projects like malls, gas station , and real estate.

3. real billionaires

This are the people who are not counted as a billionaires. they usually include kings and politician. most of the real billionaires dont reveal they true income. most real billionaires are from arab countries like riyad, oman, uae. some of the politician like Kim Jong-un (supreme leader of north korea) according to some theories Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin (presidient of russia ) estimated to have a wealth of  $200 billion in 2019. many arab family like house of saud estimated to have a 1.4 trillion. (that a mindblowing fact).

so this people are the real billionaires of today world.
